Cure Lab, Inc. has submitted a provisional patent on an alternative application of a previously known and commercially available drug. The discovery of this new application has emerged from further insight into the molecular mechanism of the drug action, analysis of cellular events associated with pathology, and retrospective analysis of human data. At the present time, Cure Lab is negotiating partnership agreements to initiate phase II/III clinical trials on a new application of the previously existing drug.
